Vancouver Barracks - Christmas in July 2025
Authors and vendors for anything that can be gifted for Christmas are welcome to apply.
We are limited to only 40 table spaces so once we reach maximum that is it. We will have a waiting list after that if someone cancels.
There is only one hour for set up (9am) and the same for take down at (2pm).
Reservations open until filled.

Planning is only beginning but you can reserve a space now. Payment is necessary to reserve your space but full refunds will be given up to 30 days before the event.

While $45 may seem like a lot for a 4 hour sale event we think because of the date and location it will be worth it.
You will need to bring a 3’x6′ table. (If you need one provided it will cost an extra $10 so hopefully you can borrow one!)
We cannot promise that you will have sales. We will be doing everything we can to promote this event and hope that you will do so as well.
The cost to hold this event at Vancouver Barracks (even with our nonprofit discount) is expensive. Your registration (donation) helps to defray “some” of this cost.
